**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**

At Living Your Power Now, we're seeking a charismatic communicator and organisational wizard to join our team as an Appointment Setter & Admin Wizard. In this key role, you'll be responsible for setting appointments, managing leads, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

As part of the Living Your Power Now team, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting appointments with inbound and qualified leads provided by the company.
- Making phone calls and having emotionally aware conversations to inspire potential clients.
- Updating and managing leads in Pipedrive, ensuring all notes are recorded accurately.
- Ensuring clients are onboarded and receive all necessary information about their purchases.
- Engaging in daily sales and setting huddles, as well as weekly team meetings.
- Participating in in-house training and ongoing support to continuously improve your skills.
- Involving yourself in marketing changes and processes to help grow the business.
