- _Clinical Support Manager t_o lead and mentor our dedicated team at Residential Home Windsor.- What you will do- Deliver excellent care and support, underpinned by the organisations values for the community we serve
- Ensure the provision of nursing and personal care services to assist residents enjoy day to day activities
- Ensure high standards of care are provided in line with Policy, Procedures and accreditation standards
- Provide clinical mentoring, leadership and support to other members of the care team
- Guide team leaders to implementing effective communication, ensuring the needs of residents are met
- Implement practices, working with the Facility Manager and Team Leaders, that demonstrate understanding of the social, cultural, spiritual, religious beliefs and practices of the residents
- Manage performance of Personal Care Staff and Team Leaders
- Manage implementation and provide ongoing monitoring of the Aged Care Funding Model (AN - AAC)
- What you will bring- Knowledge of contemporary aged care nursing with proven assessment, care planning and evaluation skills
- Experience managing and organising theAged Care Funding Model (AN - AAC)
- Ability to promote and coordinate effective team involvement in a Continuous Quality Improvement Program
- Proven ability to empower staff to accept responsibility through effective leadership
- Demonstrate and understanding of culturally diverse environments
- Ability to teach staff and facilitate quality practice
- Display an ability to communicate in an open and effective manner
