As a **Trainee Games Dealer**, you will be provided with paid training to learn this new skill and once completed, you will have an extensive game knowledge in either Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker as well as various minor games and chip work abilities that are world renown.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.

Interviews are set to be held late September with successful applicants commencing on the 29th of October 2024.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Deal games you are deemed competent in with proficiency and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the players
- Promptly report any potential breach of game security to a Supervisor
- Ensure that the assigned games are fully equipped and functional at all times, escalating any defects or missing equipment
- Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotions

**What we are looking for**:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Maths, ability to tackle Mathematic problems without a calculator
- Attention to detail & high level of concentration
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
