At the modern Corporate Office located in Surfers Paradise a stone’s throw away from the stunning beachfront, you will work within the Reservations team to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.

- Assisting members as you **make accommodation bookings** at Accor hotels
- Answering incoming phone calls as you **provide assistance and creative solutions** to members seeking holiday advice, suggestions or information on availability
- Maintain a **high level of product knowledge** to ensure an accurate representation of the product
