**About the Role**
As the VFX Supervisor, you’ll oversee, direct, and shape the creative aspects of high-end VFX production across multiple projects. You’ll be instrumental in managing complex long-form projects by accurately scoping work, producing quotes, and balancing artistic vision with timelines and budgets. Through your creative leadership, you’ll drive success and ensure timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with producers and directors to define the creative and technical scope of episodic and feature-length projects.
- Lead the breakdown of scripts and sequences, forecasting workload, allocating resources, and developing production schedules.
- Supervise the creation of detailed bids and quotes for long-form VFX projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Oversee all production stages—from on-set supervision to final post-production—ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality VFX.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams across various departments, ensuring creative consistency across all outputs.
- Coordinate with ALTVFX’s global network, fostering collaboration between in-house teams and external partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a VFX Supervisor or senior leadership role in feature films or episodic series.
- Expertise in VFX pipelines, workflow management, and the technical demands of long-form production.
- Familiarity with software such as Houdini, Nuke, Maya, and Unreal Engine.
- Strong ability to produce accurate bids, breakdowns, and schedules for complex projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on leadership and team motivation.
- Experience managing both remote and in-house teams across multiple locations.
