This well-run building company has been in operation for almost forty years. Due to an influx of work, the group is seeking a Temp Receptionist to join the team, initially working in a three-month contract. Whilst the role will be based out of the company’s Oakleigh South office, there will also be scope for hybrid work once your initial training has been completed.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will take and distribute incoming calls using the company’s Access4 Connect phone system. You will ideally have previous experience working on a Reception desk where there is a large volume of incoming calls and will enjoy operating in a busy environment as part of a team.

Well-organised, proactive and a good communicator, you will have strong PC skills and the ability to work efficiently and multi-task. You are now looking for an opportunity to join a business with a strong culture where there is an opportunity to grow and develop.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
