An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Concession Supervisor to join our team in Myer Southland St - Vic.
As a Concession Supervisor with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

- You must be available to work weekends.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
The Concession Supervisor will take ownership and managing the store in order to achieve:

- Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
- Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Responsibility for your teams recruitment, development and performance
- Visual merchandising in your store
- Stock management
- Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
- This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.
- As a Concession Supervisor, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
