Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations.
- Educate customers on the unique qualities of niche perfumes, including ingredients, origins, and fragrance profiles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing engagement and follow-up.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store-wide KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in niche perfumery and continually expand your product knowledge.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising of the store to reflect the luxury and exclusivity of our brand.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the fragrance industry is required, with a focus on niche or luxury - perfumery preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance ingredients, families, and trends.
- Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality customer service and providing expert advice.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work with KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $21.38 - $66.70 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
