**About the role**

As our **Product Lead - Cashflow and Trade **you will report to the **Head of Product - Business and Agribusiness **and will bring a specific focus on Product Strategy, Product Development & Product Management areas for your defined product sets. The key focus of the role is to own the development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps and backlogs that align with our target customer segments and that support and enable for the defined product sets.

You will be responsible for ensuring the products align to the divisional strategies, and you will play a key part in supporting the relevant investment charter. There is a strong leadership focus and stakeholder management, and you will operate cross functions within the Products team with a strategic contribution to the product transformation agenda.

As a key member of the business product team, you will strengthen the role of Product Management with the business and build the capability of the product team. You will also ensure that the team manage the product in accordance with the requirements of the Product Lifecycle Framework and ensure Product design principles through the product lifecycle framework are followed.

You will drive and take accountability for the product simplification and rationalisation roadmap for their products and constantly review products, processes, and policies to capture and implement opportunities for incremental improvements in line with the product lifecycle framework.

As our new **Product Lead - Cashflow and Trade**, **you will bring the following skills**:

- Experience across the development, embedding and executing of product strategy, roadmaps and backlogs within a customer segment
- Proven experience developing and delivering new products to market
- Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to motivate and develop others
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Services products especially those aligned to the defined product set
- Strong knowledge and understanding of banking products and services, including those aligned to the defined product set.
- Innovative and lateral thinker
- Leadership capability
