We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate GIS Officer to join our Location Intelligence Team based at our Malaga or Jandakot office reporting to the GIS Coordinator.

The position will centre around two core teams, Location Intelligence and Market Services.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage landbase enquiries, update and maintain address information for new connections.
- Manage spatial outputs for the Projects and other minor ad-hoc projects within Location Intelligence.
- Develop and foster relationships, networks and alliances with industry, Government agencies and Contractors to deliver optimal project outcomes.
- Liaises with various groups including Market Services, Project Engineers, the Capital Infrastructure team, field based employees, other Utilities and Retailers to support the achievement of team objectives.
- Post processing and Entry of field data for input to GIS for analysis.
- Assist in day to day management of internal databases and development of analysis tools.
- Formal Qualification in Geospatial Information or Data Science or Surveying, Spatial Sciences or Cartography.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience as GIS Analyst or similar role
- Strong Knowledge ArcGIS.
- Experience with ESRI Suit of ArcGIS software and Schneider Electric ArcFM XI Series.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining GIS dataset/databases.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suit.

This position is a fixed 1-year contract.
