Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Corporate Receptionist and Office Services Team in the Brisbane office.
As the face of this national law firm, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients. As the front of house you will be involved in a variety of events and office tasks and have the ability to engage with the whole office.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Coordinate and oversee event and meeting arrangements, including booking meeting rooms, setting up functions, and arranging catering as needed.
- Liaise with the IT department to ensure seamless equipment setup and meeting room preparation for internal meetings and client visits.
- Provide general administrative support across various office functions, including accounts, travel arrangements, business development initiatives, and HR-related tasks.
- Collaborate closely with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services.
- Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and development, actively seeking to expand knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
This is a full-time permanent position with standard working hours:
0800-1630.

**The Requirements**:
Listed below are the expectations, technical skills, experience and qualifications required for this role:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with people, fostering positive relationships and rapport.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with senior team members and clients.
- Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude, coupled with a genuine willingness to assist and support others.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other office systems/equipment, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
- Commitment to promoting employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture within the Brisbane office.
