GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is an ASX listed (GNG) engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry. We are currently seeking an Expeditor to join our growing office team based in our Ascot office. The Expeditor will be responsible for managing the supply chain and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with the Project schedule and requirements. Working work closely with various key stakeholders (i.e. Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement and Logistics) to ensure the status of supply deliveries is clearly communicated and key timelines are met.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Liaise with site/off site expediting personnel for planning, record keeping, delivery/receipt docketing, on loading/offloading and storage;
- Coordinate the deliveries of equipment and materials according to the schedules and priorities of the Project;
- Inspect deliveries of equipment and materials for quality and completeness. Advise Project Management personnel of any noncompliance with either;
- Manage Project-specific expediting processes strictly in accordance with GRES documented and authorised specific procedures;
- Prepare documentation and reports ensuring within Project timeliness;
- Follow and maintain all applicable expediting procedures and plans;
- Provide reports (as required) to Project Managers within the company system;
**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience of construction expediting and supply chain management;
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and report progress of all activities required for timely issue of enquiries, tender evaluation and award of purchase orders on a Project-specific basis;
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
