Our client is a highly successful Australian womenswear brand with a growing global footprint, with 300 retail stores found across 10 countries. They are currently expanding their team and are on the hunt for a Shipping Coordinator to join them

**Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in managing an omni-channel network and to support our client’s rapid and continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Report and manage daily shipping issues.
- Arrange exports from Australia to various markets
- Build and maintain accurate freight tables for all regions
- Approval for payment of suppliers and freight forwarders
- Ensure the timely movement of shipments.
- Solid understanding of SLAs
- Liaise between logistics, merchandising, wholesale and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth delivery daily.
- Work effectively within a dynamic team

**About You**:

- Proven track record of high performance within international shipping environment
- Ability to optimise shipping practices and processes in accordance with critical path deadlines
- Well-organised and process driven.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive and detail orientated.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- A team player with strong communication skills.
