**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Demonstrate the MFC values in day to day work
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members through written and verbal communication and ensure the

membership customer service KPI’s are achieved
- Outbound calls to members and supporters selling membership products or assisting with member enquires
- Assist with membership operational projects as requested
- Support with Club administrative tasks, for example but not limited to: Mail deliveries, stationary orders, HR and reception

duties.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the membership team and the wider business.
The role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Melbourne Football Club members and supporters via

- An interest in sport and recreation (AFL preferred)
- Good computer skills, including an intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with the commitment to achieve results
- Customer focused and experience in resolving customer complaints
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and effective time management skills
- Available to work on match day (preferred)

**SALARY**

$21,500 - $30,000 plus 10.5% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification

**MORE INFORMATION**
- People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.
- This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
