ArchiCAD Drafter required.
- Located in Sydney's Hills region
- Busy Residential construction company.

We are on the lookout for an experienced ArchiCAD Drafter to join the drafting team of a busy custom and project home builder.

You will need strong ArchiCAD experience.

Be hands-on with DA,CDC and Construction drawings including concept plans.

Have experience working on Project and custom homes.

**Salary** $70k - $95k + Super (will be finalised based on experience)

**Your role**
- Prepare drawings, including construction details
- Ensure all plans are quality checked
- Be knowledgeable of of Construction and Residential codes to ensure drawings meet council requirements
- Ensure plans comply with building practices

**Experience and abilities**
- Experienced with the Residential construction industry.
- ArchiCAD knowledge and experience is a MUST
- 2+ years' experience from within a project home or custom home company
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work full time in the office.
- Have full Australian working rights.
