Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Scrum Master** who will work across multiple teams and areas fostering and growing Agile principles, processes and practices.

**About the role**:

- Educate and provide coaching, leadership, and training in agile methodologies
- Identify and analyse risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Design and implement agile operating models and strategies
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders to achieve delivery outcomes
- Facilitate and lead complex agile ceremonies, and resolve complex issues through servant leadership
- Research agile trends, industry dynamics, frameworks, and tooling to guide DOHAC's agile maturity

**Role Deliverables**:

- Ensure alignment of Agile team and Product Owner with Scrum process and Health Scaled Agile method
- Facilitate and manage all key Scrum events and ensure they are effective and collaborative
- Track iteration progress and remove impediments to fulfill commitments
- Guide and develop the team in normalised estimating techniques
- Collect Scrum metrics and identify improvement opportunities for the team
- Support the team in preparing for Agile Release Train events and Program Increment planning, as well as managing dependencies with other teams

**Ideally, you will have**:

- At least 2-3 years recent experience as scrum master in the Commonwealth environment.
- Experience working in project delivery using agile methods

**Desirable, but not essential**:

- SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Other Agile certification
