**he Opportunity**

Your typical day will include:

- Leading and developing a small team of Forklift Operators and Truck Drivers including daily job scheduling, leading toolbox and daily pre-start meetings
- Management of site HS&E requirements
- Ensuring compliance with business unit procedures and quality standards and identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Ensuring inventory records are maintained including stocktaking, stock level monitoring, stock returns and excess stock disposal
- General yard and plant maintenance and housekeeping

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership position within a warehousing or logistics operation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders, and coach and guide staff
- Strong decision making, problem solving and organisational skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Intermediate computer literacy, particularly MS Office
- Current LF Forklift Ticket
- Current Driver’s Licence
