Cleaner (Casual)

We are searching for a Casual Cleaner to fill a position at our offices in Flemington, Victoria.

This role is Monday to Friday no weekend work required.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Perform routine and periodic cleaning activities across offices, communal areas, amenity buildings, staff, and visitor accommodation.
- Tidy and dusting of surfaces in designated areas, including cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as handles, doors and switches.
- Identify and report any repairs to the OA in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office space including wipe down of desks and surfaces and emptying bins.
- Responsible for related inventory control including bathroom, cleaning supplies and groceries purchasing and goods receipt in conjunction with OA.
- Cleaning and maintenance of building outside areas including main doors / entrances, windows, eaves, and outdoor furniture.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Well organised, well presented and confident team player; with a proven track record of punctual and reliable work attendance.
- Experience in general housekeep and cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
- Previous work experience in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to carry out cleaning schedule and prioritise where required.
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport.
