**Position Title**: Overnight Cleaner/Restocker

**Position Overview**:
As an Overnight Cleaner/Restocker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at our event venue during the overnight hours. Your primary duty will be to ensure that the venue is cleaned thoroughly and restocked as needed to provide a pleasant environment for attendees and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning Duties**:

- Sweep and mop floors (inside) to remove debris and spills.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Wipe down surfaces such as tables, countertops, and chairs, fences etc.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas.
- **Restocking Supplies**:

- Monitor inventory levels of essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products and merchandise.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
- Refill dispensers for paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Ensure that all supply areas are organized and well-stocked for the duration of the event.
- **Maintenance Tasks**:

- Report any maintenance issues or damage to facilities to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing loose fixtures.
- Notify management of any safety hazards or concerns.
- **Security**:

- Monitor the venue for any unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity.
- Ensure that all entry points are secured during the overnight hours.
- Collaborate with security personnel/ management to address any security concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to report any issues or concerns.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Pay: From $22.96 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week

- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes, QLD 4509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
