Bechtel is seeking Graduates to join our growing Mining & Metals global business unit in our Brisbane and Perth offices starting in January 2024.

Opportunities are available for talented and motivated undergraduates/graduating students from 2023 who are passionate about innovation, creativity, and teamwork. - Engineering (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical / Mechatronics, Process / Chemical / Metallurgical)

As a Graduate at Bechtel, you will receive world class training and mentoring with our 12-month rotation program. Allowing you to support various projects and functions within the Australia/Asia Pacific region and globally across a range of commodities including Lithium, Rare Earths, Iron Ore, Bauxite/Alumina, and Phosphates to name a few. You will have the following opportunities:

- Rotate through a variety of functions in the first 12 months of employment
- Work on global projects that make a positive impact on society
- Continue your education and professional development
- Visit to a project site
