**Marketing Executive - Luxury Automotive Brands - Sydney**

**This is a fixed contract role, 14 months in total.**
- Job Content:_
- Assist with the development of an annual marketing plan designed to achieve the business

goals and targets for each dealership, including retail activity, events, launches, corporate

marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify, recommend, and implement the most appropriate, and cost-effective marketing

strategies and initiatives for maximizing brand and product awareness.
- Work with the General Manager - Marketing to develop and manage the customer contact

plan and schedule.
- Deliver all marketing activities in line with the allocated budgets and time frames.
- Direct and manage all media activity, booking directly through each media group and

maintaining relationships with each group to ensure our business is well maintained as a

client.
- Develop and manage all event and sponsorship activities.
- Liaise and manage external providers to execute all assigned events and activities.
- Manage and implement opportunities for the brand(s) via sponsorships, co-branding

campaigns and promotions.
- Manage and attend dealer promotional and marketing functions, and other promotional

activities.
- Manage campaign delivery and reporting, including generation of pre and post campaign

reviews for management.
- Manage and co-ordinate after sales and service marketing activity as directed by General

Manager - Marketing and respective Aftersales Managers
- Manage all allocated marketing activities to budget as approved by the General Manager - Marketing.

Controlling:

- Ensure all marketing activities are in line with the national brand guidelines and go through

the necessary approvals process to ensure CI guidelines are met at all times and the

business is not exposed to risk through unapproved activity.
- Manage Sime Darby Motors database of customers and ensure quality control within those

databases.
- Co-ordinate and manage all social media activity for Porsche, JLR and Sime Darby Motors

Retail in line with campaign brand expectations and approvals processes.
- Manager the dealer websites in conjunction with Head Office and maintain content.

Communicating:

- Effectively communicate all national and local activities within each dealership.
- Manage all marketing invoices received and adhere to finance and procurement processes.

General:

- Be available to attend all events and activities including such activities scheduled outside

of usual work hours i.e Night/Evening events and weekend.
- Ensure compliance with all Sime Darby Motor Group policies and procedures including

WHS.
- Attend internal and external training courses as required by Management.
- Ensure compliance with all Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Any other duties are reasonable requested by management.
- Knowledge & Skills:_
- Strong business acumen.
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in social media content management and execution.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Time management/Planning and organising skills to meet deadlines.
- Sound judgment and problem solving abilities.
- Appreciation of commercial actions/marketing initiatives.
- Achievement orientated.
- Positive contributor to new initiatives.
- Positive attitude towards responsibilities & duties.
