**About the role**

**Additionally, you will**:

- Develop plant rates and maintenance cost estimates for tenders as required.
- Carry out periodic and as required adjustment of plant rates on existing projects for break-even results.
- Analyse project costs for monthly result reviews and tender benchmarking.
- Complete asset life reviews considering operating costs, major component cycles, ownership costs, and overhaul requirements.
- Provide input into asset selection for new work based on idle or new fleet availability, considering productivity, reliability, and cost.
- Specify workshop infrastructure design including tooling and support equipment for effective maintenance of mobile fleet on existing and new projects.
- Support Operations and Asset team in asset management administration process (asset setup, movements, capitalization, strategies, budgets).

**About you**
- You will have completed a university degree or a trade qualification with experience or interests in finance, business development, asset management, accounting or another business-related field.
- You have Open Cut mining experience in an operational role related to heavy mobile equipment maintenance (preferred).
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Macro/VBA experience would be beneficial.
- You are self-motivated with a desire to continuously develop and improve your skillset.
- You have an awareness and understanding of operational maintenance requirements.
- You are experienced in using JDE or similar computerised maintenance management systems.
