Are you an experienced manager with a passion for leading teams in the aged care sector? Anglicare is seeking a dynamic and skilled Residential Manager to oversee one of the largest residential aged care facilities in our organization. As the Residential Manager at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**:Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members to deliver high-quality care services to our residents. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care facility, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Budgeting Expertise**: Utilize your budgeting expertise to manage financial resources effectively, allocate funds appropriately, and optimize the facility's financial performance.
- **Quality Care**: Ensure that all residents receive person-centered care and services that enhance their well-being, independence, and dignity. Strive for continuous improvement in care standards and resident satisfaction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards. Ensure the facility remains compliant with all requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 5 years of experience managing very large residential aged care facilities and multiple sites.
- **AHPRA Registration**: Preferred registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or relevant qualifications in healthcare or related fields.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
- **Budgeting Expertise**: Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting within an aged care setting.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- **Passion**: Genuine passion for aged care and a commitment to providing the highest level of care and support to residents.
