**What we need from you**:
- Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work with current registration or membership
- Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
- Proactive and engaging with organisational customers
- Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
- Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients
- Flexibility in being able to travel in Perth Metro area or FIFO to sites for short stays
