**Contract Administrator | Sydney CBD | Contract | Temp to perm Opportunity**

**The Client**

My client is a Tier 1 Builder with 40 years + of experience working in property. With a strong presence across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. They have assets across retail, office, retail and industrial sectors. They deliver projects throughout the entire project lifecycle; from planning, design, construction & development and property management.

**The Role**
My client is currently delivering two mixed-use high-rise projects located in North Sydney and Sydney CBD area worth more than $300M. You will be responsible for assisting the contracts team with head contractor negotiations, procurement, subcontractors and pricing.

**Duties & Responsibilities not limited to**:

- Arrange and run the trade package tendering process.
- Advise the project team on all commercial and contractual matters.
- Oversee the cost management and cost reporting process to ensure the project is being managed in the most cost-effective way.
- Arrange and run the administration of variation claims, progress claims and all other financial matters relating to the project.
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- You will possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
- Prior experience working on commercial building projects is a must.
