Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is looking to join our friendly team at our North Kellyville practice

We are looking for someone to fill 2-4 shifts per week

Shifts may include:

- MON, TUES, THUR, FRI: 7:00am - 12:30pm &/or 2:30pm - 7:30pm
- WED: 2:30pm - 7:30pm
- SAT: 8:30am - 12:30pm
- Hours may vary as we are a 'by appointment only' clinic.

**The role -**
including but not limited to:

- Professionally answering/returning phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients.
- Screening correspondence and scanning/ attaching into patient system (VisitBase).
- Scheduling and effective management of patient appointments, triaging new referrals.
- Manage patient records and ensuring data is accurate & complete.
- Creating and processing of patient invoicing, including EFTPOS payments, & Medicare.
- Coordination and preparation of clinic, ensuring a seamless running of clinic for the chiropractor.
- Cleaning and general upkeep of the practice.
- Ordering and restocking supplies
- Must be able to cover the Practice Manager when on annual or sick leave.
- Perform opening and closing procedures competently.
- Previous experience within a chiropractic / medical receptionist/ secretariate role highly regarded.
- Must be able to work autonomously and proactively, as you will be working on your own.
- Must be punctual.
