**Food and Beverage Manager - Nambour QLD**

**Location of this full-time ongoing role**: Nambour Qld

**Reporting to venue management, responsibilities of this exciting but challenging role will include**:

- To monitor the day-to-day provision of quality customer service in each of the Food and Beverage outlets
- Hands on approach to the co-ordination of the department, whilst training and guiding the team.
- Be responsible for the P&Ls of the F&B department - ensuring KPIs are met, managing payroll and COGS are within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with both internal and external guests and suppliers, building and maintaining client relationships.
- Engage with customers to anticipate their needs, address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage VIP's and special requests with care and attention to detail.
- Propose and deliver revenue maximising opportunities.
- Comply with all WH&S policies and protocols, staying up to date with relevant changes.

**To be successfully considered for interview we expect to see**:

- Demonstrated experience in leading teams in high performing Food, Beverage & other operations, and have sound knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
- 2 to 3 years professional experience as a minimum.
- High standard of personal presentation, top communications skills (written and verbal)
- Unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia.
- Holding RSA or be willing to immediately train and obtain one;
- Good relevant Diploma as a minimum or agreed alternative.
- Obviously - a great demonstrated passion for the F&B function.
