Exciting Performance Tester opportunity for Australian Citizens with NV1 security Clearance

**Your new role**

Department is seeking a highly skilled Performance Tester who will be doing the following general activities
- Plans and drives testing activities across all stages and iterations of product, systems and service development.
- Provides authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution. Adopts and adapts appropriate testing methods, automated tools and techniques to solve problems in tools and testing approaches.
- Identifies improvements and contributes to the development of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for testing.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will need:

- Extensive experience in performance testing tools - Load Runner, Performance Centre.
- Demonstrated experience in scripting skills using C, C# and SQL and has strong ability to create & maintain reusable performance scripts.
- Coordinate with multiple teams on execution of the test scripts and monitoring.
- Develop, maintain and implement standards and methodologies for load and performance testing.
- Experience in problem-solving and ability to mitigate risks, performance bottlenecks.
- Develop, maintain and implement standards and methodologies for load and performance testing.
- Experience in load testing using protocols - SAP,.NET, Citrix.
- Experience in defining performance strategies.

**What you'll get in return**

You will gain a contract for 12 months, with another 24-month extension available at the client discretion. You'll be working in an organisation, which will allow you the space to be creative in your work and the flexibility to focus on the best or most efficient solutions.
