Telemarketer

We are looking for an Energetic and Results Driven Telemarketer who will support our sales and client growth. If you are passionate about Lead Generation and Pro-Active Sales and hungry to chase down project opportunities then this is for you:
**Responsibilities & duties**:

- Research projects that meet the company’s ideal profile.
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business relationships
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads.

**Requirements**:
**Skills / attributes required**:

- Telemarketing/Telesales experience
- Ability to handle rejections and negotiate with gatekeepers
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM
- Strong project and time management skills
