**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, customer seating, and service quality.
- Lead by example, maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a positive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Availability for a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
