**Your role**:
The position of Pre-Sales Solution Architect for Brennan Digital is a technical sales-orientated role based on managing and driving a key set of technology offerings and related services to market while ensuring these offerings are delivered to clients at a high standard and in a profitable manner for Brennan. The role requires technical leadership skills and consulting expertise and being responsible for identifying opportunities and growing revenue across the Brennan Digital portfolio to assist Brennan in winning new business and retaining existing clients.

The person performing this role is ultimately accountable for the competitiveness, growth, and profitability of the Go-To-Market offerings relating to the Brennan Digital line-of-business. The role is instrumental in the establishment and ongoing drive of the vision, positioning, and differentiation of Brennan Digital’s Go-To-Market offerings and in alignment with other offerings within Brennan. The position has a mix of leadership, business development, relationship, and innovation oversight. Additionally, this person will have a thorough understanding of the broader market position of Brennan in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Positioning
- Influence the development of Go-To-Market solutions and service offerings for Brennan Digital.
- Maintain thorough market knowledge about technologies, vendor and partner offerings and competitive positioning.
- Provide thought leadership and input with regards to strategic direction and tactical decisions, in the context of Brennan Digital’s Go-To-Markets and its relationships to other business areas.
- Be responsible for building and maintaining key vendor and partner relationships related to Brennan Digital.
- Be responsible for generating and driving key market initiatives to promote Brennan Digital’s offerings.

Sales Engagement and Business Development
- Work with Customer team to identify, qualify and convert business opportunities.
- Work with Consultants, Solution Architects, Account Managers and Business Development Managers by overseeing client proposals, tenders, solution definitions, scoping of services and cost estimates related to Brennan Digital’s services.
- Own all sales opportunities related to solutions associated with the owned Go-To-Markets.

Innovation Cycle
- Ensure that innovation is ‘front of mind’ within Brennan Digital services and is inherent in the culture of the team.
- Set up and drive mechanisms to capture concepts, ideas and more tacit items so that there is a register and process available for staff and decisions can be made on driving new initiatives.

People
- Be actively involved in contributing to the Go-To-Market team and across the business.
- Work with State Managers to provide and consult on Brennan Digital positioning.

Quality
- Ensure responsiveness to customer, staff, and vendor requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assists to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

General
- Identify opportunities for other lines of business and pass those on to the appropriate Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Solution Architect Manager.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from the management team.
- Contribute positively to the culture and wellbeing of the overall business.

**Key Skills**:

- Support the vision, strategy and market position of all digital offerings that Brennan Digital takes to market including solutions, services, technology and vendor selection.
- Ensure the development of intellectual property and innovation for the purposes of creating and driving solutions and services to market for Brennan Digital’s services.
- Work with other Pre-Sales Solution Architects and Practice Managers to ensure Brennan Digital has the capability and capacity to deliver the Go-To-Market solutions.
- Ensuring quality outcomes in line with the Brennan’s vision and values.

**Desirable Skills**:
The following competencies and experience would be an advantage in this role:

- Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment.
- Proven ability to influence key decision makers.
- Proven experience and ability to provide consultative guidance combined with previous customer facing pre-sales and presentation experience at C level combine.
- Excellent knowledge of IT processes and underlying technology.
- A good knowledge and practice of either:

- Business processes
- Understanding of Finance related to Procurement, ROI, TCO, budgets and creation, business cases
- Project Management
