We pour quality cocktails and make memories in our amazing bar in the heart of Leederville. We want to bring a sense of excitement and exploration in the form of a great night out. Naber is both a stylish eatery and hip drinking space, with innovative bites with world-class cocktails and service.

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager & Assistant Venue Manager:
We are looking for;
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a management position in hospitality (Supervisor, Bar Manager or Duty Manager)
- Someone who can positively and effectively lead a small bar team on service
- Someone who understands and can abide by Australian Liquor Licensing Enforcement Laws
- Experience with back of house systems such as Lightspeed
- Experience with POS systems, and a good level of technical/computer literacy
- Strong cocktail bartending experience, we are primarily a cocktail focused venue, however wine knowledge is extremely favourable. This includes a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, as well as understanding cocktail creation & balance.
- Experience with cocktail creation, batching & garnish prep
- Experience with beverage costing
- Experience with stocktake & stock control systems
- A neat, professional and tidy appearance at all times
- A high focus on customer service and experience, with a strong eye for detail
- Experience with staff/team management as well as wage management

Our venue is a close knit and fun bar. We have been nominated for Australian Bar Awards, West Australian Bar Awards & have placed in the top 100 WA Good Food Guide.

We are looking for a Bar Manager who can support our VM & AVM in their goal to keep our venue experience both a high level & unique one.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid RSA
- Valid Approved Managers Licence
- Valid Right to work in Australia

This is a full time position. We roster for a 37.5 hour working week.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend

- Leederville, WA 6007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
