- We currently have permanent opportunities for passionate Disability Support Practitioners to join our amazing team at our group home in Blacktown. Short morning and afternoon shifts are available across the 7 days.
So what's the job all about?
- Our person-centred approach to care involves assisting clients on a daily basis with the many and varied activities in the home. Depending on your client's specific requirements you might be creating a delicious meal together, tackling a fun board game, enjoying a leisurely walk to the shops or relaxing with a favourite show For all, you'll be bringing your initiative, strong communication, commitment to ensuring continuity of care and strong manual handling skills.
