Maintenance Officer

Lendlease is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at The Keperra Sanctuary Retirement Village in Keperra. Your role will be working on a Permanent Full-Time basis, Monday to Friday.

Working under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will execute all maintenance activities in accordance with the existing frameworks and budget - ensuring that all work is carried out following the correct procedures. As you will be working alongside our many residents, a customer-service focus is essential, along with a genuine interest in assisting the elderly.

To be successful you will have the following:

- Experience in General Maintenance works
- Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job.
- High organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working independently.
- Strong customer service and team focus.
- Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety legislation.
