**Draftsperson - Structural (midlevel)**

**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Draftsperson with 2-3 years' experience (on top of apprenticeship) to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring engineers’ concepts to life, using Revit skills to produce precise, high-quality drawings for structural design projects. You’ll report directly to our CAD & BIM Managers and play a key role in helping us meet client needs with accuracy and creativity.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
We’re seeking a Draftsperson who can demonstrate strengths in the following areas:
- Strong skills in Revit (required), along with knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Translating engineers’ ideas into effective, clear drawings.
- Experience in drafting for industrial, commercial, and residential structures.
- Detailing reinforced concrete and structural steel.
- Organising tasks to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Achieving accuracy and consistency in your work and being open to feedback.
- Engaging with clients in a responsive and professional manner.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and how they impact project work.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Completion of a TAFE Structural Design Certificate, Civil Construction Design, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience on top of apprenticeship.
- Fluent in Autodesk suite programs (required).
- Strong skills in Revit (required), along with knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional organisation and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English.
- Close attention to detail and sound technical intuition.
- Structural drafting, drawing review, coordination, and design programs.
- An ability to visualise ideas and work collaboratively in a team.

Pay: $60,528.50 - $110,410.56 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
