We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with AutoCAD to work for approximately 6 months full time hours.

**Position Description**:
This new position will report to the Asset Information Manager in the Strategy, Planning & Sustainability team within PFD and will be responsible for:

- Transitioning “as-constructed” architectural floor plans as provided by the various project teams into the University’s Space Management System (GIS)
- Uploading spatial information such as Space Category/Types and other Room Data into GIS and checking for accuracy/validity against the floor plans and reports (data entry)
- Creating, publishing and storing floor plan drawings in PFD’s Floor Plans Library (SharePoint)
- Migrate ‘as constructed’ drawings and O&M Manuals into SharePoint (document management system)
- Work closely with other members of the facilities management team to ensure that all space data is accurate and up-to-date where discrepancies are found
- Must have experience with AutoCAD
- Preferably Architectural Drafter but Civil or other may suffice
- Experience with GIS and/or SharePoint is favourable but not required
- Able to work unguided
- Must have a good attention to detail
