We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Skilled Fish Filleters with attractive, above award pay rates

**Job Title**: Fish Filleter

**Location**: Seventeen Miles Rock

Full-time Hours Available

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the processing and packaging of various seafood products
- Follow strict quality control standards to ensure freshness and safety
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Ability to fillet various speciality fish

**Requirements**:

- Food Processing experience (Seafood, highly desired)
- Fish Filleting experience (1 year minimum)
- Sashimi Cut ( Desired, not compulsory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- LF Ticket (Desired, not compulsory)
