**Your new role awaits**:
The position, **based at Brooklyn**, proactively assists the sales force in driving strong revenue and profitable growth across our Portable Buildings business.

This position plays a pivotal role in the Sales, Products and Operational teams. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for providing market intelligence, securing sales opportunities, and providing product specific technical expertise to both internal and external clients in order to maximise the growth of our business. There is a strong focus on exploring and supporting new initiatives.

**A day in the life of a Product Specialist**:

- Work with the sales team uncovering and quoting opportunity to drive maximum product usage.
- Guide business units with recommendations on product training and pricing.
- Monitor market trends and intelligence, emerging product opportunities, and assess customer needs to determine product or service offerings.
- Assist the fleet team in developing asset management strategies for maximum return on assets.
- Demonstrate a safety-first attitude.

**About you**:

- Proven experience gained in a similar position
- Experience in prospecting for growth and leveraging from the strong relationships of existing customers, both internal and external.
- Experience in Problem Solving, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution for assist business units.
