**About the Team**

**Job Summary**:
**The BPCS Techno-functional ERP Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the BPCS (Business Planning and Control System) ERP system. The role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects and functional business processes to ensure the effective deployment and use of BPCS within the organization. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful integration of ERP modules.**

- **5+ years of experience with BPCS ERP or similar systems in a techno-functional role.**:

- **Experience in ERP system implementation, customization, and support.**:

- **Certification in BPCS ERP or related ERP systems.**:

- **Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other industry-specific business processes.**

- **Lead the implementation of BPCS ERP modules, including system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.**:

- **Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate these into technical solutions within BPCS.**:

- **Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, and interfaces to enhance the functionality of the BPCS ERP system.**:

- **Analyze existing business processes and workflows to align them with BPCS ERP functionalities.**:

- **Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective user adoption of BPCS modules.**:

- **Provide ongoing support for BPCS ERP, addressing technical issues and ensuring system reliability. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency.**:

- **Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure that these are achieved.**:

- **Proficient in programming languages and tools related to BPCS (e.g., RPG, SQL**
