**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Casual Staffing (CCS) team to work casually across all our F&B venues - bars, restaurants, events and more

In this role, you’ll provide joyful, elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

- Support the team in the day-to-day operations of venues - delivery of food and drinks, maintaining service areas and opening and closing duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront.
- Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and guidelines are followed

**About you**
You’ll bring the following:

- Ability and availability to work 2-3 shifts a week including late nights, weekends, and public holidays - build your own roster
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels
- Valid Victorian RSA
