**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a vibrant and proactive Optical Dispenser / Optical Assistant to join our team 4 days per week, at our Rosebud location, with a possibility for full time hours if available.

You’ll be asked to deliver exceptional care for our patients using sales, retail and services skills and oversee the day to day activities of the business. You’ll also want to share our brand passion for teamwork, high quality eyewear and stylish presentation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Provide frame styling and lens advice to our patients
- Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
- General practice activities including bookings and administration

Motivated with a strong customer focus, the successful person will have a passion to truly make a difference.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous optical dispensing experience would be preferred and highly regarded
- Retail sales skills and experience are essential to the role
- An ability to problem solve independently, and provide excellent customer service
- Good communication with ability to build rapport with patients and the team
- A natural attention to detail approach
