Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations in **Collingwood.**
Hanson Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry, through our network of over 300 quarry’s, ready-mixed concrete plants, logistics and support operations.
Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 5.5 days per week, Monday to Friday and a half day Saturday, in accordance with business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers
- Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
- Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

- Previous Concrete Batching experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be considered for this opportunity - training will be provided
- Front End Loader and forklift ticket is advantage but can be gained in the role
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
