**About the Role.**

This is a newly created position, aimed at expanding the service delivery available to young people and adults accessing disability and psychosocial support through Inclusive Allied Health.

The Mental Health Social Worker will contribute to clinical service delivery through the assessment, care planning and delivery of tailored interventions, drawing from their existing experience and the broader psychosocial evidence-base, to assist individuals in their homes, schools or chosen communities to achieve their functional goals.

The MH Social Worker will also have the opportunity to contribute to the service development and projects related to quality improvement activities.

**About You.**

You will have experience with NDIS community-based disability service provision and a strong understanding of psychosocial recovery and neuro-affirming practices.

You will be interested in service development and have an energy for innovation in client service delivery practices.

You will be registered with AASW, and hold appropriate tertiary qualifications.

You will be confident in working autonomously in the community.

You will have access to your own vehicle and a work from home space.

You will be provided with supervision, clinical support and the opportunity to experience a broad range of diversity in your professional life, and balance in your personal life.

We are happy to discuss part time options if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

- Bachelor Degree (required)

- Social work: 1 year (preferred)
