**The **Opportunity**:
Maropost is currently looking for a **Technical Writer** **to join our Content and Community Team.

You will primarily be responsible for researching, producing, and editing content for our various blogs, case studies, websites, and social media channels.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing and developing case studies, preferably for B2B/SaaS companies.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and writing skills.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging content.
- Strong research and editorial skills.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and handle multiple projects.
- Outstanding communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate concepts into instructions suitable for non-technical audiences.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.

- Manage internal resources, websites e.g. Salesforce Knowledgebase, Zapier and process automation, migration projects, Algolia search index tool etc
