Exact Contracting is currently seeking casual **Plant Operators **to assist with the operations at a civil project based in Gawler River, South Australia.

**Our Company**:
Established in Alice Springs in 1992, Exact Contracting is an Australian family-owned business, which is regarded as a nation-wide leader in the Civil, Mining and Transport industry.
- Experience working long shifts, as this role will be 12 hours a day;
- Proven ability to work unsupervised or in a small work group;
- Experience operating heavy machinery including Excavators and Loaders _(highly regarded)_;
- Must be fit to work in outdoor conditions for extended hours;
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle _(essential)_;
- Commitment to safety and compliance with site requirements;
- Dedication to learning, high quality work and achieving goals;
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
