**What You Will Be Doing**
Peninsula Health has an opportunity for an experienced and person centred focused Ward Clerk to join our Port Phillip Ward. You will be working in a fast paced team environment providing administration registration support to patients and relatives presenting to the Department. You will also be providing admission and discharge support, booking patient transport to other locations and provide efficient and effective general clerical support for ward staff, whilst respecting confidentiality at all times.
Position Description
**What You Will Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Experience with Medical Terminology
- Attention to detail and exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work all shifts of the Emergency department
- Advanced experience with IPM/First Net (desirable)

**Additonal Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular Victorian Public Health Sector (Health & Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
