This is a state government agency with an enormous pipeline of works to deliver billions of dollars of investment to support the NSW infrastructure.

**About the Role**

Given the scope and scale of the major projects that this NSW Government Agency is embarked upon, the role of the Procurement Team is absolutely key achieve success. You will join the Procurement function to enable business process excellence.

This role will focus on the Procure to Pay functionality and will provide important P2P Administration within SAP/Ariba. This is an operational role which will allow you to work with key procurement stakeholders whilst providing support to the team by ensuring that procedures and processes are being adhered to and that internal customers and external suppliers are being assisted.

**About You**

You will have a solid understanding of P2P Administration having used well known ERP systems in your previous roles.

You will be comfortable and confident in dealing with stakeholders and have a customer focused approach as well as the motivation to solve problems and resolve issues.

In addition to your P2P focus you will need to be familiar with RFQ, purchasing, supplier evaluation and contract agreements.
