Brunel Australasia is partnering with one of the worlds premier petroleum and petrochemical companies to source an experienced Administration Assistant.

**About this role**
The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations & MRTA Manager.

The role will also include HSSE Incident Reporting and Follow-up (incl. Sphera case, administrative updates, and close out), reporting and data entry and administration of team SharePoint / MS Teams sites.

**About you**
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Incident management databases.
- Experience with SAP or a comparable financial database system.
- Experience with coordination of large teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work without supervision whilst also working within a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive with a professional approach to assigned duties.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
