**We are currently seeking an experienced & passionate ACTING FOR STAGE & TV teacher. Successful applicant must have**:

- Experience in education/ teaching extra curricular performing arts for students aged 5-12.
- Acting training (Tertiary/TAFE equivalent) or relevant Industry experience.
- High level of energy, excellent reliability, punctuality & commitment to teaching role.
- Access to own reliable transport is preferred.
- Professional, friendly & outgoing personality.
- Excellent work ethic, time management & communication skills.
- Be a great fit in a fun, young team environment with strong focus on collaborative culture.

**Please note: At ADS, we strive to provide our students with the experience of working with exceptional teachers. Whilst we encourage active performers to apply, if you foresee yourself being committed to creative projects or on tour for weeks at a time therefore affecting your availability, this position will not be suitable for you.**

**THE FINE PRINT**
- Applicants must be available to work in Oakleigh on **Wednesdays & Thursdays 3PM - 5PM.**:

- Applicants must attend compulsory staff meetings once per term (paid).
- All applicants must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Nationally accredited First Aid Training to be provided if not already attained.
- All teachers are employed as casual employees & are paid superannuation on top of their hourly rate.
- **Teachers are provided with weekly lesson plans, curriculum & classroom materials.**:

- **Teachers are not expected to create or source their own resources.**:

- The successful applicant will undertake a paid trial at a set training rate. Upon successful completion of this trial period, teachers' rate of pay will be determined based on experience & qualifications.
