**Join us as our new Vessel Superintendent**

We are looking for another member to join our Asia Pacific Marine Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. Here you will monitor and continuously improve the technical performance of our vessels within the region, ensure the vessels operate in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and remove downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

**Requirements**:
**Vessel Superintendent**
- MSc/BSc within Maritime studies (Marine, Machinery, or Navigation) and / or Chief Engineer certificate of competency
- Proven relevant experience in ship management and / or as a Chief Engineer
- Actively cooperate with other disciplines within the fleet to optimise overall vessel and fleet performance
- Works both independently and cooperative in the team
- Focus on problem solving and demonstrates decision skills
- Proactive and looks for effective solutions - both for the Company and for the Client
- Demonstrates good and open communication
- Has a strong focus on sharing information and involving the team
- Shows a high degree of flexibility in ad hoc situations

Reporting to the Operations Manager. This position can be based in central Perth CBD or Melbourne, with regular travel to vessels and other work sites.
